PETER P. BROWN
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Peter has 24 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 1998, he was Investment Officer and Assistant Vice President, Mellon Private Wealth Management and Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Co. Previously, he was Corporate Auditor, American Express Company and BankBoston Corporation. Peter is a Compliance officer of the firm. Peter received a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Peter is assisted by Mary Steele, who has been with the firm for 12 years.

PAMELA R. CHANG

Pam has a 22-year career in the investment industry. She is a member of the Valuation Committee at the firm.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 2000, Pam worked as a Fixed Income Associate at Bear Stearns & Co, Inc.
A graduate of Smith College, Pam received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business Administration. Pam is assisted by Inger Thurson, who has been with the firm for 9 years.
In the summer of 2011, Pam was an ACCION International Ambassador working in the field with a micro-finance institution in Paraguay.

JOHN D. CRAVEN
Senior Vice President, Tax Department Manager
John is a 33-year veteran of the investment industry.
John joined Welch & Forbes in 1994. As the Manager of our Tax Department, John supervises eight tax accountants, five of whom are Certified Public Accountants.
John is a Graduate of Boston State College and Vermont Law School. He also has an advanced degree in tax law from Boston University.

CHARLES P. CURTIS
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Charlie has worked in the investment industry for 25 years.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 2006, Charlie was Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Private Client Wealth Management unit of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Charlie received a Bachelor's degree from Washington College. Charlie is assisted by M. Elizabeth King, who has been with the firm for 22 years.

AMY L. DONOVAN
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Amy has a 22-year career in the investment industry.
She joined Welch & Forbes in 2008. Formerly, Amy was Vice President, Client Marketing Services, Wellington Management Company, LLP. She was also Vice President and held various product management roles at Fidelity Investments, Scudder Kemper Investments and Bank of Boston.
A graduate of Harvard College, Amy received her MBA from Columbia Business School.

JOHN H. EMMONS, JR., CFA

Portfolio Manager
Jay is a 35-year veteran of the investment industry. Jay is a member of the Executive Committee at the firm.
Jay joined Welch & Forbes in 1983. Formerly he was an Investment Officer of the Trust Department at Bank of Boston.
He received his Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College. He is a CFA Charterholder. Jay is assisted by Jo Anne Leach, who has been with the firm for 38 years.

SETH GELSTHORPE
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Seth has worked in the investment industry for 19 years. He is Chairman of the Valuation Committee at the firm.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 2004, Seth held positions as Portfolio Manager at Swan Mountain Capital and Senior Vice President at The Yankee Group. He also held various management positions at IBM and Apple.
A graduate of Hamilton College, he received his MBA from McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin. Seth is assisted by Patricia Bechtold, who has been with the firm for 6 years.

LORI A. HALLER
Vice President, Manager of Estate Settlement
Lori has 15 years of experience in the investment industry.
Lori joined Welch & Forbes in 2001, first working as a tax accountant then moving to the estate settlement area. Lori was formerly a tax accountant for Ropes & Gray LLP in their Private Client Group. Prior to that, she worked in the Probate Department of Goulston and Storrs.
Lori is a graduate of Northeastern University.

Charlie has 37 years of experience in the investment industry. He is a member of the Executive Commitee, the Brokerage Committee and the Audit Committee at the firm.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 1990, Charlie was a Partner of Harvard Management Company.
Charlie is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a CFA charterholder. Charlie is assisted by Amy Stanton, who has been with the firm for 6 years.

TODD R. JUNDI

Todd has a 19-year career in the investment industry. He is a member of the Valuation Committee, the Brokerage Committee and the Investment Committee at the firm.
Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 2010, he was a manager in the Investment Management Regulatory Consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche. Todd also served as Director of Process Re-engineering at Investors Bank & Trust and held various management positions at MFS Investment Management.
A graduate of Boston University, Todd received his executive MBA from Whittemore School of Business at University of New Hampshire.
KATHLEEN B. MURPHY

Kathleen is a 31-year veteran of Welch & Forbes, responsible for a variety of client relationship services.
She received an Associate's degree from Aquinas College.

Ted joined Welch & Forbes in 2002. Formerly, he was Senior Funds Manager, Fleet Investment Advisors / Bank of Boston responsible for Galaxy Growth, Equity Growth, Diversified Equity and Global Capital Appreciation Funds.
Ted received a Bachelor's degree from Boston University. Ted is assisted by Inger Thurson, who has been with the firm for 9 years.

Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 2008, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Investments at Wilmington Trust (formerly Bingham Legg Advisers). He also held positions at State Street Bank, Bank of Boston and Moseley Securities.
He received his Bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from Johnson School at Cornell University. Drew is a CFA charterholder. Drew is assisted by Mary Steele, who has been with the firm for 12 years.

Prior to joining Welch & Forbes in 1997, she was Financial Analyst at Pell, Rudman & Co.
Adrienne received a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. She is a CFA charterholder. Adrienne is assisted by Patricia Bechtold, who has been with the firm for 6 years.

Ben joined Welch & Forbes in 1999. Previously, he was Partner and Portfolio Manager of Moody, Lynn & Co. and Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Research of John Hancock Mutual Funds.
A graduate of Bowdoin College, Ben received his MBA degree from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Ben is assisted by Diane Nourie, who has been with the firm for 19 years.
